WHAT: Participating restaurants will offer unique chef menus of three-course dinners. Participating restaurants are listed below. See the full menus below!

COST: $30 per person.

Kale Caesar Salad (Vegan, can be GF): Kale tossed in vegan caesar dressing, house-made garlic baguette croutons, red onions, tomatoes, vegan parmesan cheese

Fried Calamari Salad: Golden fried calamari, spicy tomato ragout, arugula, olive oil, balsamic reduction

Smoked Pork Belly: Crispy smoked pork belly, jalapeno cheddar stuffed cornbread, maple pork molasse

Sesame Hoisin Slow Cooked Short Ribs: Slow-cooked beef short ribs, chile ginger risotto, steamed Chinese broccoli

Roasted Winter Vegetables And Pancetta Orecchiette Pasta (can be vegetarian): Roasted red onions, butternut squash, turnips, kale, white wine cream sauce, crispy pancetta, shaved parmesan cheese

Palak Tofu Paneer (GF, vegan): Creamy greens with tofu “paneer”, house-made naan, curry roasted cauliflower, Indian yellow rice

Desserts (choice of one)

Ube Creme Caramel (vegan): Purple yam custard, caramel, pistachio biscotti

Flourless chocolate torte (GF): Chocolate torte with candied orange peel, tarragon infused whipped cream

Italian Wedding Soup: escarole, meatball, parimigiano

Ceasar Salad: eggless ceasar dressing, torn garlic parmesan croutons

Spicy Rigatoni: tomato sauce, chili flake, cream

Maine Mussels in a Saffron-Tomato Broth with Chorizo and Toasted Focaccia

Second Course

Pan-Seared Scallop with celery root puree, eggplant Caponata, and asparagus gnocchi

Grilled Center Cut Filet Mignon: roasted garlic demi-glace, truffle compound butter, porcini, and wild mushroom pappardelle and sautéed broccoli rabe

Pan-Roasted Faro Island Salmon  with brown butter pan sauce, lobster risotto, and shallot roasted haricot verts

Pasta Fagioli Soup: Cannellini beans in a vegetable base with artisan pasta and topped with shaved parmesan cheese

House Salad w/ Honey Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette: Crisp field greens with carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes topped with a honey tomato vinaigrette

Second Course (choice of one)

Pasta Carbonara: Housemade artisan pasta tossed in a cream sauce with bacon, peas, and parmesan cheese topped with scallions

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Roasted tenderloin wrapped in bacon and stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, and sundried tomatoes topped with a demi-glaze, served over pasta.

Cajun Shrimp Pasta: Shrimp, broccoli, cherry tomatoes tossed in a butter creole sauce, served over pasta

Espresso Budino: Freshly made Italian pudding flavored with espresso and topped with chocolate shavings

Strawberry Panna Cotta: Chilled Italian custard with fresh strawberries

Chocolate Chip Cannolis: Fried pastries filled with a sweet creamy filling topped with chocolate chips
