This is a technical, administrative, and supervisory position for a municipal electric, sewer, water, and stormwater utility, reporting directly to the Finance Director. Supervises a staff of customer service and billing personnel. Coordinates the collection of water, stormwater, and electric usage data, the calculation of utility account receivables, the distribution of utility bills, and the collection of utility payments. BA in business administration or a related field and supervisory experience in customer service is strongly preferred. Experience with a utility is also preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively under difficult circumstances.
Upon hire, the successful candidate will earn a salary in the range of $63,879 to $88,264 commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications. The position comes with excellent fringe benefits and professional development opportunities.
